Mitchener Properties, LLC, develops single-tenant properties and retail shopping centers.

The company covers large to small markets in the Carolinas and combined development projects, with a variety of clients on the East Coast.

Bill is a licensed pilot and can be anywhere on the East Coast within a couple of hour’s notice.
