Mitchener Properties’ client base is made up of some of the biggest brands in the United States.

We develop real estate projects along the East Coast and form long-term relationships in the process. Each and every project is unique and we are here for our clients every step of the way.

Our most recent work was in Virginia. We developed Sheetz, Popeyes, Chipotle, Aspen Dental, and Take 5 at the new Waynesboro Marketplace shopping center in Waynesboro. In Chesterfield, we completed three parcels at Hull and Bridgewood including Sheetz, National Veterinary Associates, and Take 5.
